Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires pursuant to section 356 (5) BGB once I have begun performance of the contract, provided that you have

• expressly consented to my beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

This consent and acknowledgement are obtained expressly during checkout, before payment is completed. You then receive confirmation of the contract on a durable medium by email.

Note on financial market fluctuations

For completeness: pursuant to section 312g (2) no. 8 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts to supply goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the trader cannot influence. The purchase price of the software offered here does not depend on such fluctuations, so this exception does not apply to the purchase of the software. The provision on digital content set out above is the one that applies.
